This policy explains the cookies and browser storage used by rkraj.in, including third-party scripts loaded in production.
What cookies and local storage are
Cookies are small pieces of data stored by your browser. Local storage is browser-managed storage that can keep data on your device until it is cleared. Both can help a website remember necessary state or tool preferences.
Necessary site cookies
The Laravel application may use session and CSRF-protection cookies to support form submissions and protect requests. These are functional rather than advertising cookies.
Local storage used by tools
Some tools save information locally in your browser. Examples include temporary-mail session details and message cache, document-generator drafts, timezone preferences, and a local spacebar-counter leaderboard. This data is intended to make the relevant tool work between page actions and is not an account system.
Third-party resources
The site loads Google Fonts, Font Awesome, and, on particular tool pages, other CDN-hosted libraries. Those providers may set or read data according to their own policies. Tool providers may also process requests when you choose to use their service; see the Privacy Policy.
Analytics and advertising
In production, Google Analytics and Google AdSense scripts are loaded by the shared page layout. They may use cookies or similar technologies according to Google’s settings and policies. Browser controls can limit stored data, though blocking it may affect measurement or advertising.
Managing your choices
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings and clear local storage through your browser’s site-data controls. Doing so may prevent contact forms or tools from working as expected. For questions, use the contact page.
