Effective date: 30th August 2026
This policy explains what rkraj.in collects when you use the site, contact Rajnish Kumar, or use an available tool. It reflects the functionality currently present in the project.
Information you provide
When you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you submit. This information is stored so the inquiry can be reviewed and answered. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed for your request.
Tool inputs and generated content
Different tools handle information differently. Inputs to the URL shortener are sent to TinyURL. Domain queries are sent to WhoisJSON. Temporary email addresses and their messages are handled through mail.tm. Password-strength checks send only a partial password hash to the Pwned Passwords service from your browser. QR-code tools may send entered text or links to QR Server.
The JSON-to-PDF converter sends submitted JSON or JSON files to this site’s server to create a download. Do not submit confidential information unless you are comfortable transmitting it for that purpose. Some other tools, including certain document and converter tools, work in your browser; their behavior is described on the relevant tool page.
Information collected automatically
Like most web services, the hosting environment may process technical request information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, date and time, and error information to deliver and protect the site. The project does not include a configured analytics service or advertising network at the time of this policy.
Cookies and browser storage
The site uses Laravel’s session and CSRF-protection mechanisms where needed. Some tools use browser local storage to keep a temporary mail session, generated document draft, saved tool preferences, or local scores on your own device. See the Cookie Policy for details.
Third-party services
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and icons from Font Awesome’s CDN. It also uses the tool providers named above and may load browser libraries from CDNs for individual tools. Those services process requests under their own terms and privacy notices. Their involvement does not mean they receive your contact-form message unless a tool specifically sends information to them.
How information is used and shared
Contact-form information is used to respond to an inquiry and manage that conversation. Tool inputs are used to provide the tool you chose. Information is shared with a third party only when that is necessary for the relevant tool or service to function, or when required to comply with applicable law.
Retention and security
Contact messages remain in the site database until they are no longer needed for correspondence or are deleted. Browser-stored tool data remains until you clear it or use a tool’s reset option. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You can control cookies through your browser settings and clear local storage in your browser. To request access to or deletion of a contact-form submission, use the contact form and include the email address used for the request. Temporary-mail data is controlled by mail.tm and its session lifecycle.
Children and external links
The site is not directed to children. It may link to third-party websites; their privacy practices are their own. Review their policies before providing information there.
Changes and contact
This policy may be updated as the site changes. The effective date above will be revised when it is published. For privacy questions, use the contact page.
